Summer Rates & Holidays (April thru October)
$80 - $130 per night
$450 - $700 per week
$1400 - $1,850 per month
Winter Rates (November thru March)
$65 - $115 per night
$375 - $550 per week
$900 - $1350 per Month
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
We are unable to hold a reservation without a credit card number or deposit equal to one night stay. A refund will be made only if we are able to rent your cottage to another guest with no loss of income. A $35 dollar processing fee will be assessed on all cancellations.
Additional Rental InformationA $30 surcharge will be added for one night reservations. A 11.75% Tax must be charged on all rentals less than ninety days
A $5 dollar per night per person for extra overnight guests
Holiday rates are equal to summer rates
Long term rates are available for three or more months during the winter season providing renter pays electric and furnishes own linens.
