Tree House Cottage Entry

Lakemont Rate Information:

Summer Rates & Holidays (April thru October)

	$75 - $120 per night
	$400 - $650 per week
	$1000 - $1,625 per month

Winter Rates (November thru March)

	$65 - $100 per night
	$375 - $550 per week
	$800 - $1100 per Month

Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

We are unable to hold a cottage without a deposit equal to one night stay or 20% of the entire stay. A refund will be made only if we are able to rent your cottage to another guest with no loss of income. A $35 dollar processing fee will be assessed on all cancellations.

Additional Rental Information:

	A 10% Tax must be charged on all rentals less than ninety days
	A $5 dollar per night per person for extra overnight guests
	Holiday rates are equal to summer rates
	Long term rates are available for three or more months during the winter season providing renter pays electric and furnishes own linens.
